At Telugu Akademi, we are committed to providing quality books, study materials, and academic resources that support students, teachers, and institutions. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request a refund or return.

Returns

• Books and study materials can be returned only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
• To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, written on, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued only after the returned items are inspected and approved.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
• In case of replacement requests, the same book/material will be reissued if stock is available.

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital products, e-books, or downloadable study material are non-refundable.
• Returns will not be accepted for books purchased during discounted sales, clearance sales, or special offers unless they are defective.

Cancellations

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. However, in exceptional cases, a request may be considered before the item is dispatched.

Process for Returns and Refunds

• Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided by our support team.
• Once received, the item will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
